The Supreme Court has voted to strike down Roe v. Wade, according to an initial draft majority opinion written by Justice Samuel Alito and obtained by POLITICO. “We hold that Roe and Casey must be overruled,” Alito writes.

It’s impossible to overstate the earthquake this will cause inside the Court, in terms of the destruction of trust among the Justices and staff. This leak is the gravest, most unforgivable sin.

We have opinions here at Armas on legal affairs, but we have no particular legal expertise and you would be fools to get your analysis on this front from us. We do, however, have particular political expertise, and on that front, we are confident in saying this is the most important news story in the United States of America. Moreover, it will continue to be so until and well after the release of the (actual) SCOTUS opinion on in the case of Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization.
